These terms apply to all work carried out by Great Scott Plumbing Heating LTD in Bexleyheath, Kent and South East London.

1. Quotations and Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge and valid for 30 days unless agreed otherwise. If scope changes, revised costs are discussed before work proceeds.

2. Payments

A deposit may be required before work starts. Final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include bank transfer or cash.

3. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or postponements. Short-notice changes may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Workmanship and Guarantees

Labour includes a 12-month workmanship guarantee for defects linked to workmanship. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products where relevant.

5. Liability and Insurance

Public liability insurance is held up to GBP1 million. We are not liable for pre-existing issues or delays outside our control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
