Behind the branding: I am Scott, and growing up in the 80s I loved my movies and the nostalgia. Back to the Future was up there in my top 5 films and, already owning a Hoverboard, the company name just flowed. Yes, there is a working Flux Capacitor in the front of the van.
How it all started: I have been doing this almost 20 years. I started as an apprentice with OCO and worked up the ranks. Around six years ago I branched out on my own to keep the high standards I had built, putting me and my customers first.
Local and proud: I have lived in Bexleyheath my entire life and love working locally to give the best personal service possible.
Built on hard work: I am always available and work some long hours to make sure I get to everyone. It is only me in the company. I never want to dilute the quality of workmanship by employing other people, so customers take comfort knowing I handle every job from start to finish with an impeccable finish.
Awards and sponsorship: I am a proud ambassador for all Talon products. I have won Install of the Month twice for Gas App UK, and my biggest achievement was in 2025 making the final for HPM Bathroom and Shower Installer of the Year, going up against full companies with teams as a one-man operation.
Why people choose me: locally I get stopped a lot because of the Back to the Future van and branding. Most of my work comes from recommendations, a superior high finish, and reasonable prices, the personal touch of a local installer rather than a big company.
Custom and themed boilers: if you check the site or Instagram you will see I have done a lot of custom installs, from a Cobra Kai Dojo boiler to a boiler mounted on a mirror. Some are simply smart and polished where customers want the boiler on show. With a big background in art and graphics I love doing these, so ask me anything about a custom install when you call.
